We look forward to meeting you! Next Kraftwerke - a diverse team with many different skills and areas of expertise, working together to make 100% renewable energies possible. We are enthusiastic, engaged and enjoy tackling challenges. On this page you will find information about the application process, our company life and what it's like to work at Next.
Our headquarter is located in beautiful Cologne-Ehrenfeld on the Vulkan grounds, a former gas lamp factory. The grounds have an attractive and lively campus where you can even spend a lunch break outside. The grounds are well connected by bike, public transport and car. On top of this, the lively city at the Rhine River is an attractive metropolis with a wide range of cultural activities far beyond carnival, private television and football.
At Next, people are always in the centre - they are our greatest strength. We believe in The Power of Many: together we can achieve more, thanks to our energy, creativity and engagement which drive us forward every day. At Next, our values are not just empty words, but the foundation of our company culture. They shape how we make decisions, work together and create the future. By living these values, we build an environment in which efficiency, integrity, a learner mindset and sustainability are anchored.
