During this year’s CHARGE Energy Branding conference, Next Kraftwerke was selected as the winner of the 2020 global CHARGE Award in the category „Best Product & Innovation Brand“ by a jury of industry experts. The CHARGE awards celebrate excellent brand strategy initiatives within the energy sector.
Dr. Fridrik Larsen, Chairman and founder of CHARGE, highlighted the „very clear brand positioning“ of Next Kraftwerke as well as the fact that the company addresses a large need with its Virtual Power Plant which networks thousands of distributed energy resources.
Jan Aengenvoort, Head of Communications and Market Research at Next Kraftwerke, accepted the award on behalf of Next Kraftwerke: „The recognition from CHARGE is a great acknowledgement of the work that my team and the entire organization put into establishing a once unknown company as a brand in the cleantech sector and also in the energy world as a whole. Since the very beginning of our branding activities, we followed the strategy of transparent and straightforward information on our product offerings and the energy market in general. This way, we were able to build strong relationships with our customers and other stakeholders.“
